Forging Connections

For Diane, forging connections comes through communication,  and she’s made many lasting connections with others. She’s  close to her family and every year helps to organize their annual reunion in Florida. Her strong bond with her Irish-born  grandparents led to dual citizenship in Ireland and the US.

For over 15 years Diane has been close with a group of women who have supported each other through marriages, childbirths, career transitions and cross-country moves. And as a marketing  professional, her success was dependent upon the relationships she built with her clients.

Diane was born in Heidelberg, Germany, the daughter of an Army officer. She and her five siblings lived and traveled throughout the US and the world. The exposure to different people and cultures intrigued Diane, and over time she developed an exceptional ability to truly listen to, learn from and communicate with a variety of people from different backgrounds. Communication has been a key part of her professional life as well. After earning her MBA in Marketing from Georgia State University in Atlanta, Diane spent many successful years in corporate sales and marketing for the telecommunications industry.
